Tokei beach

Tokei Beach, located at the northernmost tip of Kouri Island, is a quiet, beautiful beach that can be reached by walking along a path that extends from the loop road to the sea. Due to the shallow water, swimming is possible except during low tide. With high transparency allowing for fish sightings, snorkeling can also be enjoyed.

Chigunu Beach

There is a legend in Ryukyu mythology that this place, called the "Cave of Beginnings," is considered the birthplace of humanity. It is said to be where the male and female counterparts equivalent to Adam and Eve in the Okinawan version existed.
