Sushi Yoshitake gastronomic trip collaboration
On June 25th and 26th, 2022, a collaboration dinner with Sushi Yoshitake was held.
It was a very successful event with full seats for both days. In addition to hotel guests, the regular customers of “Sushi Yoshitake” also attended.
Appetizers, nigiri made with high-quality fish caught in Okinawa, and sushi rolls created specifically for this day were also served. Chef Masahiro Yoshitake’s knife-wielding skills and mannerisms, which are rare to see, were beautiful. We look forward to holding it again next year.
Listed as a three-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for 11 consecutive years, the famous restaurant “Sushi Yoshitake” in Ginza is attracting attention from overseas. In addition to using high-quality ingredients, “Sushi Yoshitake” combines its special sushi rice, seafood and wasabi to bring out an exquisite balance of flavors.
