Usage Guide
Arrival time
- □Normally, we recommend arriving 20 minutes before your reservation time, and for guests using the AQUA AREA, please arrive approximately 60 minutes prior to your reservation to enjoy a leisurely experience.
*Please note that if you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your treatment time.
Age restriction
- □Treatments are available for individuals aged 16 and above. We offer treatment that are available to men and those who are in the stable period of pregnancy.
Cautions
- □If you are menstruating, have high blood pressure, have allergies, are seeing a doctor, are taking medication, have consumed alcohol, or are breastfeeding, please be sure to inform us at the time of your reservation. For your safety, there may be cases where you cannot receive treatment, so please be aware of this in advance.
Cancellation policy
- □The following fees will apply for any reservation cancellations or changes.
No-shows / Same-day cancellations or changes: 100% of the reservation fee
Cancellations or changes made 3 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee - □In the event of a disaster or if we request a cancellation or change, there will be no cancellation fee.
- □Repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations may result in us declining future reservations.

Owner Profile

She then transitioned to the spa at the world-renowned luxury hotel, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, where she worked with numerous international dignitaries and celebrities. Afterward, to fundamentally elevate the status of therapists in Japan, she took on a role focused on "teaching" her skills. She dedicated herself to training future talent as an instructor at the international spa brand, Pevonia Botanica. After 22 years in the industry, she opened her own salon in the spring of 2016, in response to high demand from her clients. In July 2024, she opened her second location, "Chaleur Okinawa," at One Suite THE GRAND Hotel in Kouri Island, Okinawa.
