Tokyo “Restaurant I.To” Collaboration – One Suite Gastronomy Stay












On February 23 and 24, 2026, we held our second collaboration dinner event in approximately one year and two months, featuring Restaurant I.To, a Japanese-French restaurant in Akasaka, Tokyo, and La BOMBANCE Kouri Island.
While the previous event featured alternating courses created by each chef, this second edition allowed us to present collaborative dishes jointly developed by Restaurant I.To and La BOMBANCE Kouri Island. Incorporating Okinawan ingredients and elements, these creations represented a unique and special endeavor for this occasion.
During the event, the chefs engaged in deeper dialogue and communication, enabling us to deliver an even more refined and evolved collaborative dining experience.
Furthermore, the wine pairings prepared for this event complemented each dish exceptionally well, with many guests commenting on their perfect harmony. We are truly delighted to have offered such thoughtfully curated pairings that highlighted the unity between cuisine and wine.
We sincerely thank everyone who attended.
