On May 9th and 10th, 2022, a collaboration dinner between Sushi Shinpaku and La BOMBANCE Kourijima was held.

Sushi Shinpaku, located in Ebisu, Tokyo, which is known as being an exclusive restaurant that is difficult to get reservations for, has a waiting period of more than one year.
The owner, Mr. Ishida himself, visited various places including the main island of Okinawa and remote islands, to carefully select ingredients to provide Okinawa-only courses.

In addition, Mr. Makoto Nara, owner of Bar Ofen in Yokohama, will provide pairings of sake and original cocktails that go well with the dishes.
