Effective April 1, 2024, One Suite Hotel Group has launched its complimentary membership program, “One Suite PREMIUM MEMBERS,” with no enrollment or annual fees.

Members can enjoy exclusive benefits and special plans, as well as status-based privileges determined by their annual spending.
Enrollment can be completed at the time of reservation, and member benefits are available starting from the day you join.

Please note: This program is applicable only to reservations made through our official website. Packages that include airline tickets or rental cars are not eligible.

Points are earned based on the total payment amount at the time your accommodation reservation is confirmed.
Gold Members: 10% back in points
Platinum Members: 15% back in points
Points will be credited four days after the check-out date.
Example: Check-out on March 31 → Points credited on April 4.

Redeem Points

Accumulated points can be used as 1 yen per point toward accommodation charges and optional services.
Points can be redeemed at the time of reservation only and cannot be used at check-out.

At One Suite Hotel Group, your membership tier is determined by your total annual spending.
Member: Registration only
Silver Member: Annual spending of 10,000 yen or more
Gold Member: Annual spending of 150,000 yen or more
Platinum Member: Annual spending of 300,000 yen or more

About Tier Upgrades
- Membership tier will be updated four days after the check-out date, based on your total annual spending.
- Each membership tier is valid for two years.
- The annual spending calculation period is from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
Only reservations made through our official website are eligible..
Reservations made via third-party booking sites (such as agoda, Booking.com, etc.) are not eligible.)

About Tier Downgrades
- Membership tiers are reviewed and updated on April 1, based on the total annual spending within the valid period (through March 31).
- Your current tier will remain valid until the tier update is applied.

Examples of Tier Changes
1. April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025:
Total spending 300,000 yen
→ Upgraded to Platinum Member (Valid through March 31, 2027)
2. April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026:
Total spending 0 yen
→ Platinum Member status maintained
3. April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027:
Total spending 150,000 yen
→ Downgraded to Gold Member effective April 1, 2027

Referral Program
Available to Gold & Platinum Members only

Even if you are not staying at the hotel yourself, you can earn points by making a reservation on behalf of your family or friends.
Gold Members earn points equivalent to 10% of the eligible amount, while Platinum Members earn points equivalent to 15%.
Accumulated points can be used toward accommodation charges for your next and subsequent stays.


How to Use
1. Log in as a member

2. Select a “[ Members-only plan ] 20% OFF for 1-night stays / 25% OFF for consecutive stays.” (Reservations may also be made under other plans.)

3. During the reservation process, uncheck “Same as reservation holder” under the guest information section, and enter the required details of the staying guest (name, contact information, etc.).

4. Enter “Referral program” in the remarks/comments field.
At check-in, the staying guest will be asked to confirm the referring member’s name.

Important Notes
- Guests referred under this program are not members; therefore, member benefits are not applicable on-site.
- Points will be credited four days after the check-out date.
- In the event of a no-show without notice or a cancellation made 21 days or less prior to the arrival date, cancellation fees will be charged to the referring member in accordance with the cancellation policy.

FAQ

Q. Are member benefits applicable to accompanying guests?

A. Member benefits apply to the member and accompanying guests staying in the same room. If multiple rooms are booked under the member’s name, benefits will not apply to rooms other than the one occupied by the member.
Example: If Platinum Member A books and stays in multiple rooms (assuming a stay with family or friends using two or more rooms)
- Accompanying guests staying in the same room as Member A
Platinum member benefits will be provided.
- Family members or friends staying in separate rooms
Member benefits do not apply.

Q. (Gold & Platinum Member Benefits) Are points awarded to accompanying guests?

A. Points are awarded only to the registered guest (booking holder). Points cannot be transferred to accompanying guests.

Q. (Gold & Platinum Member Benefits) If I book multiple rooms, how are points awarded?

A. Points will be awarded to the member based on the total payment amount at the time the reservation is confirmed.
