Membership

From April 1, 2024, One Suite Hotel Group has started the "One Suite PREMIUM MEMBERS" membership service, which allows you to use hotels more conveniently and at a discount.

There are no joining fees or annual fees, and members can take advantage of great benefits and members-only plans. We also offer membership statuses depending on the annual usage amount.

You can become a member at the same time as you make a reservation through this website, and you can receive member benefits from the day you join.

《Benefit①》Early check-in
Check-in is 2PM, one hour earlier than usual.
*It may not be available depending on the reservation status on the day.

Check-out time is 12PM, one hour longer than usual.
*It may not be available depending on the reservation status on the day.

《Benefit③》Campaign coupon given
We regularly distribute coupons tailored to events such as birthday coupons and opening anniversary coupons.
In addition, customers who register as new members will receive 3000 points as a welcome point.

《Benefit④》Earn and use points(Gold members and Platinum members only)
You will earn points equal to 10% (Gold members) and 15% (Platinum members) of the accommodation plan reservation amount.
The points you accumulate can be used to pay for accommodation fees and options at a rate of 1 point = 1 JPY.
*If you wish to pay with points, please use them when making your reservation.
*Please note that you cannot pay with points at checkout.

On our official booking site, reservations open earlier than on other booking sites, allowing you to secure bookings further in advance.
Official site: Reservations available up to 12 months in advance
Other sites: Reservations available up to 6 months in advance
Eligible room types: Premier Ocean View, Ocean View Garden Suite, Ocean View Panorama Suite

Q:When does the annual usage amount begin to be counted?
A: The usage amount is for one year from April 1st to March 31st of each year.

Q: When can I upgrade my membership status?
A: Your rank will increase 4 days after the check-out date of the stay where you achieved the achievement.

Q: When are points awarded?
A: It will be granted 4 days after the check-out date.
Example) Granted on check-out date March 31 → April 4

Q: Will points be awarded or rank increases calculated even if reservations are made from other reservation sites (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)?
A: Not applicable. Only reservations made through our own website are eligible.

Q: What can I use my points for?
A: It can be used for accommodation fees and options.

Q: Is there an expiration date for membership ranks?
A: The validity period is 2 years.

Q: If the usage amount is not applied to the annual usage amount, will I be downgraded?
A: The ranking will change as follows.
example)
①The usage amount is 300,000 JPY from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
Once you have used 300,000 JPY, you will be upgraded to platinum membership.
Valid until March 31, 2027
②The usage amount is 0 JPY from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
Last year's platinum membership expired on March 31, 2027, so you will remain a platinum member.
③Usage amount: 150,000 JPY from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027
You will be downgraded to Gold membership from April 1, 2027.
